Cameroon Santa Grade B – stands for Arabica farmed in the mountains of the Mount Cameroon massive in a completely ecological way, excluding the use of pesticides. Coffee bean shell remains the only fertilizer used. The farms in the region typically cultivate from several to a dozen of coffee trees, while the biggest ones grow up to 2000 plants. Coffee is very often intercropped with bananas due to the fact that huge banana leaves provide coffee plants with indispensable shade. Crops are grown at an altitude of 1700-2000 MASL. They are harvested manually and dry processed. Class B.
